probleme with com1

please i have probleme with my com1 into my pc.it dosn't work.
i have aleardy a same probleme and i have change my mother board, and it's a second time that i have this probleme
i find that all the peintum 4 mother board have probleme with com1
and a lot freinds have a same probleme.
please if you have a solution give it please.

i use com1 for reciervers (decrypting channels; flash ...)
