Somes times when you try to,open your computer after shutdonw don't work but if you style to try to push power key ten or much times it's work also
if you cut the power tension and you try to open it tommorrow it open automaticly and you don't press any thing .
What's the problem ?1
Let's try to open the cover of your TOWER take a eye just near The ATX power , we see that the condensator it's of the motherboard it's domaged the most of the condensator use 3300 micro farad 250V
ant this time you needed to change it with Hotair solder in 350 degré
